Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our two-night stay, but the room temperature was a challenge. AC issues made for restless nights in the July heat. Despite that, the management was responsive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Be sure to check the AC on arrival for a better experience.

Not what I expected

The place was pretty gross. We walked in, and it smelled bad right away. The pillows were just thrown around, and there were stains on everything. The bathroom? Dead bugs everywhere. It was cheap, but come on, a little cleaning wouldn't hurt. The bar area was cool, though. Really needs some work overall.

After a day filled with outdoor adventures, we appreciated returning to a clean room where we could unwind. The location was great for family activities, and we particularly enjoyed exploring the hiking trails nearby. Perfect for our grown-up kids to join in.

My kids wished for better cleanliness in the rooms. it didn't meet our expectations, especially with staying in a family-friendly place. An improvement could be more thorough housekeeping services.

I found the Red Roof Inn & Suites San Angelo to be very clean and welcoming, making me feel at home. The staff were attentive, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions, which I truly appreciated.

Could improve room accessibility options for seniors.

The rooms offer good space, which can be appreciated, especially for a family or group. The location provides quick access to local food joints that offer decent dining options while also being close to hunting and camping areas.

The overall condition of the hotel needs serious attention. walls show signs of neglect, with some rooms having damaged doors and unclean carpets. My deluxe room had significant issues, like flooring that felt gapped and uneven, and the sliding back door was dysfunctional, making overall accessibility tricky. Rooms lacked basic cleanliness, including hair on the sheets and questionable smells, which didn't help the stay feel comfortable.

I felt so welcomed from the moment I stepped in! The clean, airy rooms were a breath of fresh air and made my stay super cozy. I absolutely loved the convenient location that made exploring nearby attractions a breeze!

The local eateries serve some legit fire tapas that make you feel like you're strolling through a vibrant mercado. Plus, the staff at the Red Roof Inn are super welcoming, which gave my stay that extra homey feel.

Had to switch from my booked king suite due to a broken back door and rusty bathtub—bleh! Floors felt grimy and the bathroom lacked a knob.

the room had cozy amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV. I enjoyed the air conditioning and the private bathroom with free toiletries. wireless internet was a plus too. the staff were really friendly, making me feel at home. will come back for sure!

Free parking and fast wi-fi were great, but pillows were old and uncomfortable.
